1. Manchar Lake

Manchar Lake is the largest lake of Pakistan as well as the largest lake of continent Asia. It is located near the city of Sehwan in the Jamshoro and Dadu Districts of the province of Sindh. The maximum length of this biggest lake of Pakistan 23.5 kilometres and width is 12.08 Kilometers. A small village named as Bubak is present on one the banks of Machar Lake, where the fishermen live. Manchar lake receives water from a large number of rain torrents of Khirthar Mountains. It has a water storage capacity of 6 million Acre Feet (MAF).

2. Lalusar Lake

Lalusar Lake is located in the Kaghan Valley in Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. This beautiful lake of Pakistan is located over 11,200 feet above the sea level. The main source of water for the Lalusar Lake is the Kunhar River that flows throughout the Kaghan Valley.

3. Phander Lake

Phander Lake is located in Ghizer District of Gilgit Baltistan. According to estimates, this lake is situated at the height of 10000 feet above the sea level. This lake famous its blue water. Phander lake is 900 meters long and 400 meters wide.

4. Lake Saiful Maluk

The lake Saiful Maluk is located in the village of Naran in the Kaghan Valley of Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This beautiful lake is present at the height of 3,224 meters above sea level. It, therefore, considered as one of the highest lakes of Pakistan.

The Lake Saif-ul-Maluk is called “the lake of fairies” in the local area. It is surrounded by mountains all around. This beautiful lake was once ranked as the top 5 tourist spot in the country of Pakistan.

The primary source of water for this blue, green lake is the Kunhar River. The Surface area of the Lake Saiful Maluk is about 2.75 kilometres.
